Have you ever wanted to learn how to execute a perfect high kick?

If the answer is yes, then the Martial Arts Xperience is for you!

Our trained instructors will teach you some basic moves including how to kick, punch and block. Martial Arts is a fantastic way to improve fitness, suppleness and co-ordination as well as being great fun and instilling values such as discipline, self-confidence and respect.

Each day involves different activities so join us for the week for the full experience!

Itinerary :

  • Course commences at 9.30am
  • Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff
  • Short briefing on the day's activities and safety information
  • Each session will last an hour, followed by a short break
  • A chance to win prizes throughout the day to keep you on your toes
  • Break for a packed lunch with entertainment provided
  • After lunch further activities
  • The day will finish at 4.00pm with the presentation of prizes and announcement of the winning team
